work together with our customer, for the implementation of a state of the art, functional
and cost effective system, to meet every aspect of our customer's telecommunication

NETco
will design a telephone system utilizing state of the art equipment that will be user
friendly and cost effective. As your business grows, it is important that your telephone
system is able to expand with you. Telrad Systems operate with the same telephones, only
the box in the back room is altered to accommodate dynamic growth. As your needs change
and become larger and more complex, you may desire to integrate many of the following
features with your present system:
NETco has an ongoing
commitment to training our customers. A customer service representative will be on the
premise to train your operators and all other telephone users. Individual and group
training sessions are utilized to accomplish user understanding and acceptance of the
telephone system. User manuals that are easily understood are placed with each telephone
insuring quick reference and explanation of system features. NETco abbreviated
instructions are readily available for the user desiring a simple quick start. Telrad
Imagen Voice Mail system is complete with a tutorial system incorporated in the audio
instructions. Follow-up training, after the initial session, is scheduled as needed. NETco
training is available, free of charge, as long as the equipment is covered under Warranty
or Maintenance Agreement.
NETco's commitment is
service. If service is required a friendly Service Technician will be on the premises
within twenty-four hours of receipt of your non-emergency call. If emergency service is
required, a Service Technician will be dispatched immediately and will be on premise
within three hours of receipt of your call. Service by agreement is often utilized to meet
the customer's needs to accomplish the repair of a non-emergency call. NETco will order
all the necessary Bell Atlantic work to successfully coordinate your installation. All
NETco personnel are completely insured, trained and accredited to perform their work.
